Pokemon Sapphire Questions

What does the pokerus a.k.a pkrs do? Can anybody tell me because I need to know buecause my bad egg is holding it.

Pokerus is a GOOD "virus" that your Pokemon can get, but it's VERY RARE to catch one in the wild with it, so if you do, that's great! (It's like a 1 in 21,000 chance of getting a wild one with it) Since you've got a bad egg with it maybe you can spread it to your other Pokemon by putting it in your party-that's how you'd spread it to the other Pokemon normally if you have caught one with it. This is definitely something you'd want to do! It's a short lived virus that gives your Pokemon more stats when it levels up than it would get normally-sort of like the Macho Brace, but without cutting down your Pokemon's speed, so spread it if possible and then battle the ones with it as much as possible with the best foes you can so it gets the best stats possible for the time period it has the virus. I believe it only lasts a couple of days, but I think how often you heal it may have to do with how long a Pokemon can keep it, so you may want to try giving it potions and not going to the nurse to get recharged as much as you can-experiment to see if it helps them keep it longer(I haven't had time to yet, sorry!) Also, only give it the ones you're going to battle with right away-they can only get it once in their lifetime-so perhaps put the bad egg in a party with just one or two Pokemon and then battle them alot until they are "cured" and then do others the same way. I hope my suggestions work for you! I found a way to "create" Pokerus, but have to do some more experimenting before I'll post a How-To in a Hints section, but it's close to what you may have done, I think! You stumbled onto a really valuable thing if you can spread it! You'll know if you have because it'll say in their summaries "PKRS"(like it does for the egg), so experiment with it, but don't save until you know the effects that may occur, OK.
As far as Unowns, they aren't in Sapphire(they are in FR/LG), but they don't do anything, really, they are just a bunch of psychic Pokemon that represent the letters of the alphabet, and also ! and ?. Even if you have them all, nothing special happens that I'm aware of, and the only move they have and can get/learn is Hidden Power.

It is a virus that helps you it doubles the points you get when leveling up when you level up say your Pokemon normally has +2 on attack it will make it +4

Wow rockerdude, I really gave away alot to you! Apparently no one else wants you to know how to spread it or doesn't know. It's sort of a secret I guess, so perhaps you might just keep it to yourself-we don't want everyone knowing how to do it, do we?(LOL). Seriously, though, you have an exploder, but I know how to do it with an Action Replay, too, and haven't decided if I wish to tell the masses how to do it yet, but I probably wil one day....just maybe after the 10th Anniversary Tournaments.(LOL)
