Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Thank you everyone who answered about the berry glitch, but just one question:
Do I just go up to the dude behind the counter and ask, "Hi, can you fix my game?

It doesn't let me grow berries."

And what do they do? Plug into their computer or something?
How long does it take?
Do i deed an apointment or something?

I need all the details guys, if i'm gonna fix my game.

Thanx, Grandmastergirl >_<

Editor's Note: Remember, this is unofficial information...

Okay, Nintendo will only fix your game if you still have your warranty. If you lose your warranty like it says in any Nintendo instruction booklet,Nintendo won't fix your game. Warranty is if your game stops working or gets glitched or something for no specifec reason, then you can call Nintendo and ask them to fix your game. Nintendo might have to delete your file,if that's okay with you. They won't fix you game if you tried to fix it yourself, like reorganized the chips inside your game cartridge. If you used gameshark, etc they won't fix your game( at least I think so). Look on the back of a Nintendo game booklet. On the back it will tell you Nintendo's phone number in your area and will tell you some other details like when not to call them and when their free(times are subject to change). Look on the back of your pokemon sapphire booklet. It should tell you their phone number .On the last pages of every Nintendo booklet there should be warranty info. Need more info? Go to Nintendo.com and click on help.On nintendo.com it tells some nintendo phone numbers. Well, that's all there is to it.

Okay, first of all you don't need to give your game to Nintendo.

1. All you do is find an EB games or Gamestop store (ebgames.com/gamestop.com search their website for locations), go there and bring your Pokemon game & gameboy. Hook up to the Interactive Gamecube Display, the berry update will get downloaded to your game that way. Check to see if this is available at these stores beforehand. All you have to do is ask the clerk(s) the'll help you.

2. Trade your pokemon to Pokemon Coleseum the berry update automatically downloads.

3. Or if those options are unavailable you can send your game to Nintendo. Go to www.nintendo.com to find out how.

Everything you need to know about this subject is there. Go to the website and search for Pokemon Ruby. It's page will come up , and towards the bottom of the page ( I believe) it will say something about the Berry glitch ands obtaining the update.

Actually just take your game and your gameboy with you to participating gamestops. Ask the guy for the ''berry update.'' You do it yourself. All you need is 5 pokemon or less in your party (or else you won't get a shiny zigzagoon holding a leichi berry) and have a saved game after you get treeeko, torchic, or mudkip.

PS: It takes about one minute

Ya, I went to gamestop and did the berry updating program, it gives you a shiney zigzagoon (holding a lechie berry) I didn't wanna mess up planting the berry somewere and not remembering were I put it, so I used updater 4 times.

It should say under Original Trainer: RUBY or SAPPHIRE even if you have sapphire, the OT still might be RUBY, they also gain exp faster (since there forein PEM)

absol__rox__916 answered:

I didnt ask for assisstance, I just went over and updated it,

Do exactly what it tells you to do.
