How can I catch feebas IN DETAIL PLEASE. People have solutions but they all don't work. When you get it how do you evolve it to milotic and what level is good for it.

To find feebas just fish anywhere on route 119, there's nothing much more you can do. Eventually you will find it.
When you have it, to evolve it to Milotic you have to raise it's beauty to the max. Then just raise it one more level and it will evolve into Milotic.
To get it to evolve into milotic you need to max out it's beauty by using purple or light blue pokeblocks.
To capture feebas you need to figure out which six tiles it is on route 119or route 114 I forget I think 119 and those six tiles depend on the popular phrase in dewford the tiles will be next to each other that is the only way to capture feebas without cheats or trading
Easy just go under water (dosnt matter where) get out good rod or super and use it thats how I got mine good luck! as 4 evoveing train it to a high level
