How do you catch each of the regis

You need a relicanth in the first slot of your party and a wailord in the last slot of your party. Go to paccifilodge town stay south and go ont the current if you stay south you will reach an area where you can dive so well dive then you will find yourself in a cave go out and eventualy you find another cave go in there use dive and you will be in a chamber go up to the back of the rome and on the wall there is some braile saying First Comes Relicanth. Last Comes Wailord and that means you have to have relicanth first in your party and wailord last. If done corectly you will hear what sounds like an earthquake which will be the doors opening to the caves where the regis lay. One is east of petalburg one is on route120 and the last one in the dessert north of mauville.
To enter regices cave you need to wait a bit for the door to open then you can battle regice
To enter regirocks's cave go Right, right, down, down. Then, use strength
To enter registells cave With new time, hope and love, aim to the sky in the middle which means use fly in the middle of the room which will open up the cave
You have to do this inside the tombs of which they lay
Go to Pacidifalog Town and surf west. It's really hard to do but you can get to an isolated part of the ocean where you can dive down. When you dive down there will be a hallway and on the wall there is braille. Resurface here and you will be in an underwater cave. Use dig on the wall that has more Visual Braille on it and walk in the center of the room. Make sure you have a Relicanth as your first Pokemon and a Waillord as your rear pokemon. Then around Hoenn, the Regis will be released. In the first room of the sealed chamber on the rocks are some Visual Braille codes. All of these signs are the letters A-Z and comma and period. I won't tell you everything but the Regis are located on Routes 120, 111, and 105. You will know where they are buy looking for a cave surrounded by 6 small rocks.
