1) How do you get Illumise. The poke dex saids its in route 117 but I can't find her anywhere, I can only find Volbeat so please tell me.

<BR>2) How do you get Nosepass. The poke dex saids its in the Granite Cave but I have never ever found him not even once.

1) Illumise is hard to find in sapphire, so keep looking where the poke dex tells you

2) Have you tried Rock Smash. Nosepass are under rocks, but they are also hard to find, so don't give up after a bit of trying.

3) Yet again Skitty are hard to find, but you may also trade a Pikachu for a Skitty.(Pikachu is found in the safari zone)

This is an answer to your question and anyone elses about catching pokemon.....after playing just about every release since red and blue, I've found that if you access your pokedex.....and use the "cry" option in the area that the pokemon is in it will appear more often...it seems to work.......

1) Illumise is kind of rare in Sapphire, but common in Ruby. You just have to keep looking for a while. I found one in about five minutes.

2) In Granite Cave, use Rock Smash on the rocks, and you'll either find a Geodude or a Nosepass.

3) There are two ways of getting a Skitty. You have to go to Route 116. They are there! Also, in one of the treehouses in Fortree City, someone will ask you to trade a Pikachu (which you get in the Safari Zone) for their Skitty.

1. I caught the both in a time spand of 3 min.

2. Smash rox in the granite cave, I haven't found him yet but thats the way to go.

3. Skitty is there, but its uncommon, it might take a while....

1) By the sounds of it you are trying to catch all 200 Pokemon and fill your pokedex well in this case you need ruby as certain Pokemon are only available in ruby if you are doing this you might aswell catch it on ruby as it as common in ruby as volbeat is in sapphire, if not and you just and you just want this Pokemon, well I good trick is to empty your party and leave volbeat in, teach volbeat sweet scent, this should make the process twice as quick.
2) nosepass is found in the granite cave, I suggest go in with a Pokemon with flash and look all round the cave for smashable rocks and smash all of them (6 rocks your can smash) the chance of you finding a nosepass is around 7/10 so it might take 2 or 3 trips (if all the rocks are smashed exit and re-enter the cave)
3) Skitty is a hard Pokemon to catch, this might sound stupid but walk in the grass do not run as this will help, but besides that it's just luck so id keep looking for that as it's the same chance that you'll find it in ruby so that isnt an option. The chance of finding skitty is around 7/100. (6.66r/100).
