I'm having trouble with my sapphire version. this is my party.
Blaziken: Lv.48 moves: Blaze kick fire blast return and slash.
Swampert: lv. 47 moves: earthquake secret power surf and muddy water.
Sceptile: lv. 50 moves: Dragon claw solar beam cut and leaf blade.
Pelipper: lv. 44 moves: fly surf wing attack and ice beam.
Metagross (trade) lv. 45 moves: Take down phychic confusion and pursuit.
Kyogre lv. 48 moves: Dive surf ice beam and hydro pump.
My problem is I can't win against drake! I know I should train my pokemon more but that's the problem! I can't find a good place to train. Can someone please help? But don't say battle people in their bases because you can't do that until you beat the leauge.

I don't think you need more training. Your kyogre is all you need(It was all I needed). All of Drakes Pokemon are weak against ICE MOVES. That icebeam attack should do the trick.
If not however, the best spot to train is most likly Victory Road. That's the cave you meet Wally in.
