Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Konnichiwa(Good Afternoon.) :]
I am learning japanese, but I have a few questions.

1.Can someone give me a description of how Vibra looks like and it's moves?
2.I saw A latias and I need a way to find it so I can catch It. Whenever I get to where it is, It's at another place.
3.I put my Altaria in the box 13. Now I can't find it.(you don't have to answer this one unless you truely know what to do)

Arigato(Thank you), Speddyfast

Konnichiwa to you to.

1) pokemonelite2000.com. Go there and check the pokedex, it shows you a picture and I think you mean vibrava.

2) The best thing to do is just ignore it. It will appear eventually.

3) Maybe you didn't put it and that box.

Destiin answered:

1. Ok vibrava looks like some kind of dragonfly and it's moves are all stat enducing weak attacks but itself is a very fast pokemon.

2. The best way to see it again is to get a wobbufet to lvl 100,put it in your first party than go to cycling road, before you enter cycling road there is a building enter it and exit it, then check the area of latias.

Keep doing this process until latias is on the route of cycling road, and just enter the grasssy area and wait for it to appear.

1, I think the Pokemon you are looking for is Vibrava. It looks like a green dragonfly with a yellow body.

About the Latias problem...

Latias always moves her position when fly is used, or after a certain period of time. I reccomend this method.

Fly to Mauville City. From there, check your pokedex to see if Latias is in one of the surrounding areas. The possible areas she'll be located that are near Mauville City are route 117, route 118 (need Surf), and route 111 (need Rock Smash). Depending on the location, run to the area with Latias and check the desert on route 111, the grass in route 117, or the water in route 118. If you Fly to Mauville City, and Latias is far away, Fly to Mauville City again and Latias will move.

*If you don't have your masterball, be sure you have a Pokemon to put Latias to sleep!

ShadowGX answered:

1. It's green and yellow an' looks like a bug but isn't.
2. It's just like the legendary dogs. You need to go to the area(s) next to it an' hope it enters the same area you enter at the same time. Complicated? Only without experience.
3. Maybe you accidentaly released it?

About the third question,

My friend secretly traded my Altaria with a Wombuffet. You don't have to answer number 3 anymore, I have Skyline (the altaria) safe and sound.
