Yes, they pick up items as you walk around. They pick up items like Ultra balls and Super potions.
Yes Zigzagoon and Linoone special ability is called pick up.

I think that Phanpy has the pick up ability.
You can find it in the safari zone.
That's their special ability. It picks random items off the ground, such as Potions, Super Potions, Ultra Balls, etc.
