Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hey it's the man Kingdomheartslover.So what I want to know is what is the space shuttle at Mossdeep city for decoration?Oh yeah and is it true you need 4 or 5 stars to get Jirachi or Deoxys?

Supposedly, just a stupid rumor, you can get to Jirachi with the shuttle/ white rock after completing the Pokedex an' getting that certificate. I don't think it's true though. Cheats work well.

For Deoxys, you need the Birth Island ticket form USA Nintendo Events. You solve a triangle puzzle an' kaboom, you win. Cheats are the easiest way yet again.

The space shuttle thing is pointless, there was a rumour going around about you could go to space but that's a load of bull.

No that's not true, you need an action replay.

Why not to use cheats instead of having 5 stars, beating every single trainer, catching every Pokemon and stupid things like this. When you catch every Pokemon you go in pace right? Then after we caught every Pokemon, why do we need two Jirachis and two Deoxys? Its a rumour, you can't go in space, not even with cheats because in those games space won't exist.
Cheats are the best way to get them.

That was a bogus cheat. You cannot get Jirachi or Deoxys in Pok�mon Ruby or Pok�mon Sapphire without trading or a cheat device.

First off, you cannot obtain five stars on your Trainer Card, only four. Secondly, the only purpose for those stars is to boast your accomplishments. And I suppose that it is for decoration seeing as no events ever occur there in Pokemon Sapphire.
