Question for Pokemon Sapphire

My Vileplume is level 45
It's attacks were
Solarbeam,gigadrain,petaldance,cut
What moves can vileplume can still learn.Can it learn vine whip
Or what tm can I use except from bullet seed,cut,giga drain,solarbeam

(P.S. I want leaf type or grass type moves)

Teach it some poison moves. Sludge bomb is good instead of Petal Dance. Yeach it Return too instead of cut.

Petal dance is the last move it learns, sorry.

It does not learn anymore moves. Giving it more grass moves isn't a good idea. It should have different types of moves, making it more powerful to other types of Pok�mon other than water and ground types.

Replace Petal Dance with Sunny Day, and then replace Cut with Sludge Bomb. Sunny Day allows you to use Solarbeam every turn without recharging.
