Question for Pokemon Sapphire

AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Ok I've been playing the same place for a couple of weeks!!!!! Where is that stupid sub/where did the team aquaa take the red Orb!!???and I need pointers on beating the psychic gym leaders

When you reach mossdeep surf down and dive go in a hole and there is the sub or it could be the enterance to sootopolis hope this helps
