Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Does anyone know where and how to catch that wailord thing. I need it to open or unlock the cave that allows me to catch the regis .. Thanks

Just evolve a Wailmer. It evolved for me at lv. 40. You can catch them at pretty high levels near the Elite 4 place.

Either fish on Route 129, or evolve your Wailmer at level 40.

Just evolve a Wailmer, wait till level 41 so it learns water spout. Also on a rare occasion Wailords can be found in route 129.

Catch a walimer then evolve it into a wailord at lvl 40 or fish/surf on route 129

Evole a Wailmer get one by using a super rod at the water.Sometimes it's Sharpedo.Give a Exp. Share to Wailmer and battle Elite 4 about 5-10 times and it should evole...How did you catch Relicanth.I CANT FIND ONE AT ALL

He's found at route 129, but it's very rare, so I suggest you go to the elite four island and fish there for a Wailmer and evolve it at level 40.
