Where and how do I get Rayquaza? Where and how do I get Relicanth from? Where can I find the TM DIG?

Well I can answer one of your two questions you find Rayquaza at the end of battle tower which you can only go to once you've beaten the elite four. But I haven't a clue where dig is,sorry!!!

Rayquaza is on Sky Pillar, but you need to clear the PokÃ©mon League first. Sky Pillar will appear on Route 131, and the dragon is right on top. In the tower there are two floors with broken floor tiles; you'll need the Mach Bike to get across. (You'll come across a similar situation in Granite Cave, but you get a Rare Candy there.) After you get through all of the levels, you will climb up top and come tÃªte-Ã -tÃªte with the green dragon himself, at level 70.

Relicanth is in the seaweed patches on the bottom of Routes 124 and 126. It is a Water- and Rock-type PokÃ©mon that usually has the ability Rock Head (good for its Take Down).

TM28 (Dig) can be acquired from the Fossil Maniac's brother. The house is just out a way from Fallarbor Town.

To get Rayquaza beat the leage and champion. Go to paciffidlog and urf towards evergrande near the top. Soon you should see a hole in the rocks so go through it towards sky pillar. Get to the top by using mach bike over the cracks and at the top is rayquaza. He is at lv. 70 so use a strong pokemon with ice beam.

Note: USE ULTRA BALLS NOT MASTER BALL I REPEAT NOT MASTER BALL!

OK to get Rayquaza go to Pacifalog surf right until you see two guys facing different directions right beside them is a space between two big rocks.you'll need to have a mach bike, and have beatin the pokemon league. I would suggest Timer balls to catch him. Relicanth can be found underwater infront of sootopolis in the seeweed you won't find it the first couple of tries you know. Now TM DIG can be found in fallarbor the third building from the poke center.
