You can only get Latias in Sapphire unless you trade or cheat.

You can't get latios in this version you need ruby but after defeating the Pokemon legue go in & out of buildingsmuch you wil get him after a time that is latias.

To capture or battle Latios you must have completed the Pokemon league. Once you have done this, Latios appears in random places of grass. I caught mine on route 111.

When you have beaten the Pokemon league go back to your house. There will be a report on the TV about Latios. Now you will be able to find Latios anywhere randomly in the wild.

Complete the Pokemon league then search in the grass, Latios/Latias is random andappears randomly.

You catch it by walking around. And catch with a Master Ball if you have more than one.

After you beat the elite four it will pop up randomly and you only have one shot so bring a Pokemon that knows a move that wont allow him to escape.

To get Latios, You must have an Eon ticket because only Latias is in Pokemon Sapphire.Latios is in Pokemon Ruby, So you can also trade from other games.
