Hi. This is my first time. I can't find latias for my game. I've looked everywhere and still can't find it.
 
 Also, I don't have a mastersball and so I was wondering how I can still catch it simple. Can anybody help me?
 
 Also, how do you get a miltolic (spell?)?

Two answers.

1. If you can find latias then try going searching in lilycove city.

latias is level 50 or 40. so I suggest you use a master ball.

2. It's not easy to get a master ball so if your friend has one then ask him or her to give it to you.

If they say no, then try winning at the lilycove lotto corner.

To find Latias you must have beaten the pokemon league.

If you have, then look around pacificlog town and use sweet scent, (Tropius, Surtskit have it) and eventually you'll find it.

To catch Latias easy, get a pokemon with mean look and a good speed ( a lv50 sableye should do it ) and once it can't escape keep throwing ultra balls at it ang you should be able to catch it.

To ge Milotic you need to get a feebas' beauty really high and raise it up a level.

Ok, if you've already seen the TV saying, "A red poke'mon has been sighted, etc..." then first, get as many max repel as you can, and walk around everywhere until you see it. When you do, go to Mossdeep City and check your poke'dex. If it's in the ocean, surf down and around, checking poke'dex whenever you change routes. When he's in the area you're in, use max repel, and you should find him in like, 30 seconds or less. Use a Wynaut/Wobuffet(spelling) so he can't escape, or just use a master ball. Happy hunting.

P.S. I used False swipe and a Nest Ball, but Ultra Balls work too.

There is a easier way for getting Latios/Latiais. Make sure you have a pokemon that knows False Swipe(Or just save your master ball), then go to any store and buy losts of repels.

Use them when in the water between Sootopolis and Lilycove. The first pokemon that you battle will be Latios/Latais depending on your game. To catch it simple, use a Luxury Ball. I caught my Kyogre with only one.
You can also hold B and up as soon as you select your poke, great,ultra ball. You have to do this as soon as you select the ball, when the screen is black.

To get a Milotic, get a Feebass on route 119 and make it's beauty max.(Apricot berries help) After that, make it grow one level.
