You need the Mach Bike. Speed your way past the cracked floor and do not slow down.

Ride Mach bike quickly over the crumbly ground. Eventually you'll get to a spot up top where there's 3 exit doors you cannot reach-there's a crumbly spot, then an ok one, then TWO crumbly spots-fall through there only to get to the middle door to get to Rayquaza! He's Level 70, so watch out, better be ready to catch him since you won't want to go up there again!

Grab a nice high level(around 60)Altaria while you're in there! Save you from training up a Lv 15 Swablu...

You need the mach bike to get past the cracks or go to the 2nd floor and use dig.

Go to the second floor and us dig as soon as you come in the door but don't go nowhere stay at the front of the door and face the screen.
