I can't seem to find that pokemon that you need in front of your party to free the regis can you help me find him I have been looking for days now?

The one in front, Relicanth, is found in the grass UNDERWATER outside of Sootpolis, I caught it after searching for 5 minutes or so, maybe not even that long ;) and the one at the back, just in case, iss Wailord, and I think if you search the right spot he's there, or I think Wailmer evolves at level 45 or so.

Hi. You can find reclinath by searching in the seaweed outside of sootolopis. It might take some time because it's sort of rare.

First you go to sealed chamber it is in pasifidlog town at your left
you need to go to the end use dig in the door in the cave.

Later you need your party without pokemons only relicanth and wailord read all the rocks in order and go to the end read it and an earthquake come and that was it.
