Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi I'm having trouble finding the Sky Pillar I've beaten the Elite 4 and the Champion, but I still can't find it anywhere.

Please someone help!

Also all that stuff about going into Space with the space rockets I'm not sure if I believe it, but if it is true how do you get there I've talked to everyone in the space center.

To get to sky pillar just surf NE of Pacifidlog town and search all the gaps in the rocks because I've surfed past it without noticing about three times.

I think you need to talk to the man who tells you how many rockets have been launchedWhen 100 rockets are launched(2 years)
