What evoles in to flygon (I also have ruby so if you can only get it on ruby plz still tell me)

I made a mistake it's something from the desert not baltoy or cacrine, but I know it does not start off with wings.Three evolution stages basic Pokemon,moth type Pokemon then dragon type Pokemon

First you need a Trapinch then at level 35 it evolves into VIbrava then at level 45 it
Evolves into Flygon

Trapinch. He is at the desert. Then he evolves into a vibrava which evolves into a flygon at I THINK lv.45. Please Rate.

Ok game master, Trapinch evolves into Vibra (sorry for spelling) which evolves into Flygon. You can find Trapinch in the desert I think is on Route 111, I'm not sure, Correct me if I'm wrong. Happy Flygoning,

Trapinch to Vibrava lv. 35 to Flygon lv. 45

Trapinch evolves into Vibrava at level 35 and Vibrava evolves into Flygon at level 45.

Vibrava at level 45 (which evolves from Trapinch at 35).

In order to get flygon you need to get Trapinch then evolve it at Lv 35 then it will evolve again at Lv 45 into flygon.
