Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Where do you get the HM dive from??? Please help me i've looked everywhere!

Ps. Can you catch dittos in Sapphire

You can get dive from Steven in Mosdeep after you have won the badge there.
You can't catch dittos but you can trade them over from fire red/leaf green.

Dive- I forgot

Dittos- No. Only in Leaf green or Fire Red.

I can't remember where ou can get HM dive but I know, if you can get ditto, it has to be done with a trade from the other Pokemon games.

E.G. Gold,silver,blue,yellow,red.
