Catch a feebas in the water, use a rod, at route 119 and then use poke blocks to maximize it's beauty and it should evolve

You can't. You have to give Feebas high beauty.

You don't catch Milotic in the wild. You have to max out Feebas's beauty and raise it one level. Then you will have Milotic.

You don't CATCH milotic. You catch feebas. Then you evolve feebas into a milotic by feeding it pokeblocks to max out it's beauty condition and raising it a level when you've maxed out it's beauty condition.

You can't find mitolic in the wild. You have to catch feebas and evolve it by giving it maximum beauty (by feeding it blue pokeblocks)

Milotic evolves from Feebas, which you can catch on Route 119 with a Super Rod, but it is rare. To get a Feebas to evolve, max out it's beauty stat and then raise it one level.

You evolve Milotic from a rare Pokemon called Feebas, I am not going to explain how to catch Feebas however so just search this for Feebas.

You don't catch Milotic. You must catch Feebas in one of six spots on route 119 and raise it's beauty to it's maximum, then train in one level.

Milotic can not be caught in the wild. To get him you must catch a feebasand get it's beauty to high levels.......... To get feebas there are six places to fish along route 119. It's location will change when you change the trendy phrase in Dewford town.

Catch a feebas at route 119 with any rod, then raise it's beauty a bunch, then level it up. You should have a Milotic. Note: ONLY raise it's beauty with blue Pokeblocks, if you raise anything else, it will throw it's beauty off balance.

In route 119, there is only 6 squares where you can catch a Feebas, the route with the weather institute in if you have changed the trendy phrase in dewford, use a super rod you get a better chance of catching one but you have to be patient. If you have the luck of catching one, use a HM or TM on it so it has a decent move it can use to train up once it evolves. To evolve it, you must feed it lots of blue or Indigo Pokeblocks to max out it's beauty, then, once the beauty is maxed out, you get a Milotic! Your Milotic will learn these moves if you level it up:

-- Water gun
Lv 5 Wrap
Lv 10 Water sport
Lv 15 Refresh
Lv 20 Water Pulse
Lv 25 Twister
Lv 30 Recover
Lv 35 Rain Dance
Lv 40 Hydro Pump
Lv 45 Attract
Lv 50 Safeguard

Hope I helped!

You actually can, I've seen one in the wild on route 120 hiding in the tall grass. I assume this was very rare however. But you can.
