Help I've beaten the elite 4 soooo mannny ttiimmmeeeesss but.. I've forgotten where you get the exp share my brother has one and he uses it and has a few epople on lv. 100 and he gets their levels up so high so fast can anybody remind me where I could find exp share pllllzzzzz

You should have gotten one from Mr Stone for delivering the Letter and the Devon Goods. You can also get one by matching three digits at the Lottery Corner.
You get it from the boss of the Devon Corporation in the tallest building in Rustboro.

Sorry about the answer before I was thinking of something else but you can get one after delivering the Letter and the Devon Goods to the large building in rustburo
You get it when you deliver the goods to captin stern and gave the letter to steven then go back to the mayor or president or whatever his name is and he will give you it.
