ANSWERS

1. There is a 75 percent chance it will be cascoon and 25 chance for silcoon.
2. Not sure but either battle tower, pokedex complete, all 70 trainers or master rank in contest

1) If you're Wurmple is female, it will evolve into Silcoon. If it is male, it will evolve into Cascoon.

2) What do you mean by spots?

Yes the form wurmple evolves into is based on something. It's based on the time of day you evolve it. I forget when... Uhhh... Never mind. Just experiment with evolving it at different times of the day.

The SIX spots on the back of the trainer card are:
1) your first hall of fame
2)link cable battles how many you won, how many you lost
3) Pokemon trades
4)pokeblocks with friends
5) ???]\
6)battle tower
