Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I think I might have the berry glitch becouse I planted three berrys like 3 or 4 days ago and there still seeds.And my rocket launch is now 3 when it was 9999.So do I have the berry glitch?If so,how do I get rid of it?

To get rid of the berry glitch either trade with fire red or leaf green or connect your game up to a gamecube with a gameboy to gamecube cable and use the Pokemon box game which lets you store Pokemon on your gamecube, and even lets you play your adventure on your tv without the gameboy advance adaptor that plugs into the bottom of the gamecube.
