Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How do you get Feebas and latais I CANNOT FIND THEM ANYWHERE I've spent hours on it. I've played the game for just over 60 hours I clocked the elite four after 20 hours and I still cant find latais , feebas and I cant get the rocket launch to go over 3 rockets will somebody PLEASE HELP ME.

Okay, I'm only telling you how to get Latias...

I'm not sure if this works, but use a shiny Pokemon when you encounter her. Since you can't flee from wild shinies, lets see Latias escape THIS!!!

I can answer the one about latias, to get Latias, you have to go to your house and watch the brodcast on t.v.

It will say a mysterious blue pok'emon is flying around, then it will appear at random in the wild, VERY RARE AND HARD TO FIND!

Feebas--Go to Dewford Town. Pick your popular title as "MUDKIP BALL".

Then go to Fortree City. Go to ROUTE 119. (Need SURF and SUPER ROD) Surf left then up and stop at the waterfall.

Use the super rod on each tile. You'll usally find him better on the right. Evolution-Milotic-You have Feebas right?

Feed him some pokéblocks that raise beauty. Get it to almost maximum.

Then make it gain a level and it will evolve into Milotic. Latias--Get a master ball from the Team Aqua/Magma Lair or the Lottery in Lilycove.

There are 2 ways. I found her and caught her with a master ball from action replay which gives you 99 master balls---1st Way-Go up to the top as high as you can go at the tide next to Pacifidilog Town.

At the end of the 1st tide go in the rocks. You'll find Latias as i did but you might not find her there-She's a Dragon Type Pokemon!!

(shes cute haha)2nd Way- Go to Mossdeep and SURF South. You'll find Latias(Sapphire) Latios (Ruby).
