Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi guys!
I have got the paintings in the art museum for beauty,cool,smart and cute but I can't seem to win the tough contest.
Is there any Pokemon that are good for tough contests

I used a Regirock with Ancientpower, Rock Smash, Iron Defense, and Zap Cannon. Ancientpower boosts the condition, Zap Cannon is a buffer appeal, Strength delivers a good appeal, Rock Smash is good if the condition is up.

I would use a Relicanth that likes yellow pokeblocks and that knows, ancientpower, harden and take down. First get Relicanth's toughness up as far as you can get it, give he/she a yellow scarf. At the contests use ancient power in the first three rounds to get your condition up. In round four use harden, because of the higher condition it will add three more hearts to the appeal. In round five use take down, the condition will add three hearts, and you will get an appeal combo and have full hearts for that appeal. If you are wondering, I did that and I never lost a contest with it.
