Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Uh...I have the "berry glitch"...but i'm not sure that it's the genuine one. It's been 3 days and I've watered them every once and a while. I read somewhere that the "berry glitch" involves the rocket takeoff to be set at 9999 or something involving alot of 9s. My rocket launch is on 22. I'm really confused. I have no idea what is going on. I've gotten where I need to battle the Elite Four, but I keep losing so I find other things to do, like grow pokeblocks. Everything is stuck, and I'm really confused. Is it something having to do with Relicanth I just got, or is it just some lame glitch?

First of all the berry glitch has nothing to do with the rocket takeoff they say that it has somthing to do with catching dyoxis and jirachi I personally don't belive it second keep trying to beat the Pokemon leuge(sorry about the spelling) I have a tip train your kyogre to lv 50 or higher then teach it thunder hydro pump surf and ice beam heres how to beat them 1st trainer mightyena surf cacturn ice beam sharpedo thunder absol surf shiftry ice beam2nd trainer all surf 3rd trainer all thunder exept for glalie use surf 4th trainer all ice beam steven skarmory thunder aggron surf claydoll surf cradily surf amaldo surf and finally metagross hydro pump
And third no it's the same glitch as everyone else I suggest you get a jirachi so this doesnt apply to you you can get it by gameshark ar and as a present from the short film(i think it's a short film) on gamecube
