1. Is there an action replay code for shiny pokemon? I have an action replay and I would like to add it.

It may be the Berry Glitch for sure, but when I got it after a year of play the rocket launch counter stayed at 'imminent'. You can alleviate this by linking with Colosseum or Channel.

Yeah there is. Go to the 'Action Replay Codes' section and ActionShark posted a very long series of codes that make shiny Pokemon. You MUST do them in order or it could delete your game file data.
