Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How do you get to Kanto and Jhoto with a Action Replay? I really need it badly.

I have all 386 pokemon in my Pokedex. But I really want to use them.

You can't get to jhoto or kanto, not even with action replay

Sure you can get to johto and kanto. all you need is the eon ticket. The eon ticket is a legendary ticket that is supposed to take you to a distant southern island (we all know that that is jhoto). To get the ticket, it is EXTREMELY difficult. First, you need to beet the elite four. Then catch at least 190 pokemon. After those two things, go to petalburg city and enter the pokemon center. Next to the pc is a person who asks for your profile. Say yes. What you have to do is find the correct code and he will give you the ticket. Of course I don't know the correct phrase, but if you try to get it through AR, it wont work, trust me I've tried it.
