Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Where/how do you get a pokeblock case? I have talked to loads of people in the game and still don't have it.

And also where do you get a Nosepass (used by Roxanne in Rustboro City). The Pokedex search says it's in the sea near Dewford town but it their isn't any land there at all, and it's a Rock pokemon. Please give me some answers I'm desperate.

I haven't beaten the Pokemon league (though have got close) and need some decent Pokemon. If anyone does give me answers I will be very grateful.

1. Pokeblock case can be obtained if you ask a girl in the Slateport City Poke contest.

2. Nosepass is actually on route 106 in the Granite Cave. Just look for a while or smash some rocks (if there are any but I'm not sure).

3. A decent for Pokemon I have to say is Kyogre. Just train it to a level between level 50 and 60 it should know these moves: Surf, Thunderbolt or Thunder (they both work perfectly fine), Ice Beam, and Hydro Pump.

If you need help on what moves to use, just look continue to look here on the question and answers.

I would like to help so;

1) The poke block case is in the lowest rank Pokemon contest building (pink) sorry but I'm not sure which city. Talk to a little boy.

2) As for Nosepass I haven't found him either.

3) A few good Pokemon I think are.
The main Pokemon you start out with.
Rayquaza (on top of sky pillar, route 131)( use mach bike)
Kyorge (Cave of Origin Sotpools)
And which ever Pokemon you use from the start (usually your favorite Pokemon are strong.)

pokemonfan95 answered:

Eli he/she can't use Rayquaza for the Pokemon League. He/she can't use Rayquaza because hes still in the league and he has to beat the league in order to unlock Rayquaza.

spellbinding_circle374 answered:

1.) The Pokeblock case is in the Slateport Contest place. Talk to one of the girls in there.
2.) Nosepass can only be found in Granite Cave, and only when you smash the rocks. 3.) I would suggest you trade with a friend to get Rayquaza. Or, catch a Staryu by fishing with the Super Rod in Lilycove. Train it to Lv. 46 (learns Hydro Pump), use a Water Stone, and you have a Starmie. It's pretty good, because it can learn a wide variety of moves. Try these: Thunderbolt, Fire Blast/Recover, Ice Beam, and Surf.

cardgame132 answered:

1. Go to vanderturf or slateport contest buildings (not sure which).

2. You have to go in the cave were there are alot of rocks that can be smashed and smash them sooner or later you will find nosepass.

3. If you caught Kyogre (which you should have) teach it thunder(you can buy from lilycove department store) surf (hm) ice beam(natural) and hydro pump (natural).

Then go to the Pokemon leauge and fight them 1st trainer all surf, 2nd trainer all surf 3rd all thunder exept glalie use hydro pump 4th all ice beam steven skarmory thunder rest surf exept cradily and metagross cradily use ice beam metagross hydro pump
