After you beat the elite 4 and you end up back home then you watch the television and it says there is a big flying bird pokemon(latias)where do you find latias I have looked everywhere?!

All you have to do is use max repels and walk in the grass and she will come to you.

Latias is everywere but I know a way to catch it:

1. Go to slateport

2. Go up to the bike road then go in and out (latias move from one place to another when you go in a building and out or use pokemon) and check in the grass nearby - This may take a while

3. When you find him try to catch him(of course it wont work) he'll run

4. Go to the sky pillar and catch a sableye lv 48 that knows mean look(this is good because latias can't escape and he can't touch sableye) give it quick claw (because sableye is really slow) and go back to Slateport and look in you pokedex if he's in your area if not go in and out untill you catch him
