Ok. I need to catch a Latias, BAD! I have a lv.33 Sableye but Idont know..

You have to use a masterball to catch Latias, or you can use a move (i think Block is one but I don't know) that will prevent her from leaving

1) I don't think you can use more than 1 ball before she leaves

2) If you don't have a masterball, then I would suggest that you do raise it but not so much that you can't find her anymore (I did that, my Pokemon was lv 51and she never came until I put out a lv49 or lower as my first pokemon)

3) I'm not sure, I used a cheat from my Gameshark to get it, but I think you have to catch Latias first, or at least have her info in your pokedex (trade with a friend if you can, then just trade back and talk to someone like prof. Oak maybe...I don't know...)

4) I don't know, I couldn't find it, but if all you want is it's info and you have a gameshark, then there's a code to get the info into your pokedex, but you don't actually get a celebi with the gameshark (that I know of)

5) I also don't know that, i've been trying to find it too... Sorry I haven't been much help (if any)

1. Go to the sky pillar and catch a lv 48 sableye and give him quick claw.
Then find latias and use it's mean look and you have latias and you don't really need all those great balls

5. Go from pacifilidog town and surf to the right go to the sky pillar and you'll see it, it's huge!!
