I have 69 in my trainers eye thing and I have all the one's you have (so we are both missing the same one after you get all the ones I listed) but I have no idea who it is, (and I don't have Gentleman Nils or Lady Astrid, so maby it's one of them but I don't think so...) sorry if I didn't help

The 70th trainer is behind the locked door of the old mans house in Mossdeep City but you need an e-reader to unlock it

I figured it out! On route 128, there is a trainer called cool Trainer Ruben. You need to battle a trainer twice in order to enlist them on your Trainers Eye.
