Where is sky tower if anywhere....?

After you beat the elite 4 for the first time watch the tv about latais (spelling?) and then fly to dewford surf west, until you get to the two people a girl and a boy.

A couple of squares apart the girl after you beat her complains about the other boy, then work your way north above them and surf to the building.

You need the mach bike on the 3rd and 5th floors ther a pokemon a bit stronger than the in victory road on the 5th floor (the hardest to get through).

Stop on the second last crack and fall through go up the stairs and there in rayquaza the hardest pokemon to catch at level 70 with outrage rest fly (yes the HM) and extreme speed.

Try not to use your master ball alot of ultra balls and timer balls will do.

It's called the Sky Pillar and it is above Pacificdlog town the right about 150-200 steps.

To get to Sky Pillar you have to surf left from Pacifilog and stay on the top until theres a path that is making a U turn. Talk the U turn and go up. You will see a cave go inside and come out the other end and go up again and you will see an opening, go inside, and you'll be inside Sky Pillar. A Mach Bick is needed to go past the cracks on the floor of Sky Pillar.

Its not sky pillar it's sky tower and it is above Pacificdlog town to the right
