Stat wise, the best pok�mon are Rayquaza and Slaking, but, Rayquaza is legend, so it�s banned from most tournaments and Slakings poor ability gives he chances to attack one turn, and on the other, no.

Hi,

Well let me start by saying in there own right.

But in an overall view most likely lv100 Raquazza or lv100 regice and lv100 jiarchi.

Hope I helped in some way.

Any Pokemon can be strong depending on how well you train it. Water Pokemon are my favourite because they can learn Surf, Waterfall and Dive which is handy for getting around.

Just get training and you'll see what I mean.
