Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Ok, in the cave where all the braille is at where it says "dig here" do I have to have tm28 dig? I already got it from the little kid in fallarbor town but none of my pokemon have it so I must have erased the move accidentally. Am I totally screwed now?? What Pokemon can learn the move dig on their own? please hurry :-D

NO thankfully I did the same thing (few)
just train up a diglet or a sandshrew or a pokemon that learns dig I used RELICANATH

So don't panic youll still open the ruins.

I am pretty sure that Sandshrew can learn dig by itself. Try catching a Sandshrew and raise it to learn Dig.
