What makes you think you need a tamato berry?? Mine evolved without one, you just need berries that are "dry". But if you must know I got mine from the berry master. Every once in awhile keep going back to him and talking to him and he'll keep giving you berries.
Dillon, you can only obtain a Tomato Berry by getting lucky with the Berry Master.
