How do you get Jirachi and Deoxs without any gameshark or AR. If there is please tell me.I heard it has something to do with the man inside the building at mosdeep. Do you need 5 stars? If so how do you get 5 stars on your trainer Id thanks.

You get Deoxys from fire red leaf green after a nintndo event, and you get jirachi from pokemon channel or the special disc with collosium
