I'm guessing you used a Code / Cheat to get all of the HMs and TMs.
There is no way to get rid of the HMs. You cannot sell them. However, you should be able to get rid of the TMs by using them or by selling them at any PokeMarts.
If you want to get rid of the HMs, you may need a Code / Cheat to do that. Or, you could start a New Game and start fresh.
