A few questions:
1. What level does Wailmer (sorry about spelling) evolve?
2. Can you find and capture an Eevee (sorry about the spelling if it's wrong) in Pokemon Sapphire? If you can, where and how?
3. Can someone give me a perfect team (with level and attacks) that could destroy
the Elite 4 without Rayquaza because I dont' have it yet (I don't know where it is) and without any of the regis, (I'm working on making wailmer to evolve so I don't have it yet)
4. What are the weaknesses (spelling might be wrong so sorry) of the Elite 4, the type (if possible give example pokemons)
5. Are there any Pokemon that come out "only" at night in Pokemon Sapphire because I have the game in my computer and the internal battery is dry (that's what it said) so I don't have a night and day cycle, all day only.
( I can't help the man in shoal cave) Is that a BIG problem or just a tiny one?

3. You will have to make your own team
4. The first person in the elite4 has ice pokemon so use a thunder pokemon DON'T USE GRASS the second has fighting pokemon so use a flying pokemon or a psychic pokemon.
The third has ghost pokemon I can't think of anything that's good against gohst types.
So I can't help you therefore the fourth person they have dragon type pokemon so use ice type pokemon against them.

Oh, and Rayquaza is in the battle tower incase you were wondering ;)
1. Wailmer evolves at level 40.
2. You can't capture an Evee. Trade with FR or LG.
3. Regice, Registeel, regirock, youre starter, kyogre and aggron. Regis have same attacks. it depends what starter you have. aggron has take down iron tail strength and dragon claw. Kyogre should have waterfall ice beam hydro pump and any other.all pokemon should be at least lvl 52.starter should be 55 or 60.mine was 71 when i challenged the league.
4. My strategy use super effective attacks and make their pokemon faint before they use full restores
5. I don't Know sorry!. its tiny. when the place is full of water get the shoal shells. When it is dry get the shoal salt. Get four of each. Hell give you shell bell which restores health every turn as a hold item. Hope i helped!!!
For one thing sorry but once you have wailmer it wont evolve again that is the last form. there is no perfect team to use. Just dont waist all of ur time leveling up one pokemon and you will do fine.no you cant find evee unless you use cheats or trade sorry for the bad news.the perfect does not exsist like i said try using different types of pokemon on them untill you have your team. no there is no night and day

For the ghost type pokemon every starting pokemon should have a move that will hurt the ghost type pokemon.
