Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Egh. I just got an Action Replay Version 5.9 and when I select the code for Jirachi or any other Pokemon (they are already listed, I didn't create them.

I know they work because the Masterball code did) and so when I select the code to find the certain Pokemon, and I look it the grass, it doesn appear.

I was hoping this would make it easier to find Latias and get Jirachi, Deoxys, and others.

What is going on? o_o

lol I didn't find my pokemon in the grass with my ar...........................................................................look in your pc! oh and they wont be added to your pokedex :{
