How do you evolve Clamperl? I have a Clamperl on Lv.58 and it still hasn't evolved so I was wondering, do you evolve it like you do with Feebas, (giving it more Poke'Blocks) or does it evolve on a really high level, etc?
Oh, and speaking of Feebas, how do you get it? Is there an easy way or do you just need to be patient?

To evolve a Clamperl, you must trade it while it's holding a Deepseatooth or a Deepseascale.
To catch a Feebas you can cheat (I don't cheat on games so I don't have any codes).
You can also do this.
Fish on every tile in the river with any rod about 3 times to make sure that you didn't miss a tile with Feebas (since Carvana and Magikarp also appear on Feebas tiles).
You should find Feebas eventually. Being patient is good for doing this because Feebas appears on 6 of about 400 tiles.

Remeber the ship on the Routes between Dewford and Slateport Beach? That's the Abandoned Ship. Go there with a pok�mon with Dive and check the ship until you find a place with deep water. Dive and on the other side, you will find in a new area. Enter in the rooms, colect the secret keys hidden on the floor and soon you will find an item called Scanner. Give it to Capt. Stern on Slateport Port and he will give you either a Deepseatooth or a Deepseascale. They evolve Clampearl when it's attached and traded to: Deepseatooth-Huntail, deepseascale-Gorebyss
You evolve clamperl by trading it with the deapseatooth/deapseascale.
(D.S.T. evolves it into Huntail, D.S.S. evolves it into Gorebys)
Sorry but I don't know where to get D.S.T. or D.S.S.
You just give it a Deepseatooth or a Deepseascale and trade it and it will evolev.
to get feebas you can encounter it on one of the 6 tiles on route 119
as for clamperl you have to trade it holding a deep sea tooth or a deep sea scale
