How and where do you find Latios or Latias?

The only way to find Latias/Latios is to beat the pokemon leagae then when you go home watch the tv and it will tell you about a flying pokemon.
Then if you see it but don't catch it it will be in your pokedex so you can hunt it down!
Or you could use a cheat divice but when I put a cheat in for Latios I just got a bad egg!

Get the eon ticket and go to southern island. Nothing but Latias and Latios appear. I found a Latias left of Lilycove City. Try there
Latias will appear in random places after you have beat the pokemon league ((once you find her she'll run away so use a pokemon with mean look or a master ball))
