Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi!
I've come across an action replay the one with the pokemon from ruby and sapphire on the cover of the box and all of the cheats I've used to try and get Jirachi and Deoxys don't work.

I've got the master code on and they still don't work!

Please help! I know your out there!

If you have a gameshark you can put in 000056D0000A
1003A82A0007
As the master code and then put 83007D220199 and every time you go in the grass you will mett Jirachi and instead of 199 at the end of the second code put 19A to get Deoxys.If you don't have gameshark i don't know how.
