1. Defeat Tate and Liza on Mosdeep City.
2. Get the HM 08 - DIVE from Steven in his house on the city.
3. Teach DIVE to one of your pok�mons.
4. Go to Route 128 and search around until you find a very big place to dive.
5. Underwater, find a cavern. That's the Seafloor Cavern.
6. Kick the butt of Aquas until you find Archie.
7. He will awake Kyogre, but it will disappear. Defeat he.
8. Now, a heavy rain starts. After Maxie and Archie have gone away, Steven appears and told you to go to Sotoopolis.
9. Head to Sotoopolis and search until you find Steven and Wallace.
10. After they discover you have the Blue Orb, they let you enter in the cave, which you can catch Kyogre.
