Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How do I get a freebas

I can't seem to find it.

At the route colse to fortree town when it is not raining.

Feebas is on route 119.

Feebas only appears in 6 of about 400 panels so my strategy for catching Feebas is to fish at least twice in each panel on the river.

In Dewford, there is some kid walking around that asks you of a trendy saying. Where along Route 119 Feebas appears depends on the trandy saying. You will have to fish along all of the islands until you reach one that strikes you a Feebas.

I got alot of Feebas when the saying was "Legendary Pokemon" (without the quotes) and when I fished up by the indent in the wall (at the top of the Route).
