You know how you have to stop the rain in route 119 to catch Feebas. Well I've stoped the rain but I still can not Feebas. Is there any other easier ways to catch Feebas?

first of all , you can still catch Feebas wether it rains or not.
Two Feebas's are ultra super very rare.it takes forever to find one.
try using super rod and good rod......try swiching between them.
P.S. I'm new to logging in so if you have questions, ask me ...posibbly i'll know!
I caught a feebas when it wasn't raining(I don't know if you can catch them when it is raining but I'm just telling you how I caught mine)on route 119. Dont bother fishing off the edge of land because you wont catch one. what you need to do is surf left towards the waterfall(the waterfall which you cant get to not the one where you can climb up)and fish while surfing. I caught mine on my 3rd cast. While i was looking for my feebas I also saw latias. If you do see latias throw a ultraball whle the ball is in the air keep hold of b and up and when the ball opens keep hold of a and b.
I did this but I didnt catch latias the ball tilted 3 times then broke out about 1/100 of a second before it would be caught. hope I helped.
