Sheer Cold:
Kyogre: level 60
Walrein: level 61 (don't be fooled by Glacia's Walrein, it's at level 53 and I don't know why it knows it)

Horn Drill:
Goldeen: level 49
Rhyhorn: level 37

Groudon: level 60
Camerupt: level 61

Guillotine:
Pinsir: level 51
Heracross: level 51

Whoops! I forgot something about it:

1. Heracross doesn't learn Guillotine. My mistake!

2. When you use one-hit KO attacks, think for a bit: They hit only 30% of the time, and you can't use them if your opponent's level is higher than your's.
