How do you get dig (so I can get the Regis) and how do you get the Regis???

Trapinch learns dig at level 45 if you don't evolve him.

There' this house around Fallabarbor where thisa guy gives you the TM dig.

To get the Regis use the cheats section on Supercheats, it's a very long process to get the Regi's.

Go to pacilog town then goleft.there will be allota waves go to the bottom of it and ride the waves. Keep riding at the bottom untill you get to a spot were there is a bunch of rocks then ride the waves in the middle.

You should arrive at a little dive spot. Dive down and follow the path you should find dots on the wall. Read them and dive up.Go to the north end of the room. Read the dots there and stand in the middle and use dig then you go into the next room.

You have to have a Relicanth in the first slot in your party and a Wailord in the last. Then there will be an earthquake and then the doors to the 3 regis are open in different locations.

Regirock- Go all the way down to the south of the desert and go threw the tunnel read the dots on the wall then walk 2 steps right then 2steps down and use strentgh.

Registeel- You know that maze of grass near Fortetree City go down from there then go up the stairs keep going up then you should see one of those hiker people and to the left of him if a cave. Read the dots then go to the middle of the room and use fly.

Regiice- There is an island cave somewhere northwest of dewford town once your there read the dots and it will open in 2 minutes (it may not feel like 2 minutes but it is 2 minutes)
