Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I am sooo stumped! How do you get to Mirage Island!?! I have heard that you need a Pokemon with 00000 stats, what the hell is that?

And that you need a Wynaut, tryed it and it did not work, thunderstormx or darkboarder_77, you are smart, do you know the truth about Mirage Island?

P.S. anyone else can answer if the know too of course! Thanks!

I think these people are trying to say that if your Pokemon have 00000 for DVs, then you will be able to find Mirage Island. The problem is, I don't really know if this is true, even though DVs (or IVs) determines the whole makeup of the Pokemon themself. And this crap about "Mirage Island sensitive" Pokemon? I would have to say that I don't know anything about that, either. Also I have been hearing that you need to have 6 totally different Pokemon in your party or something in order to find Mirage Island- I don't have a clur really what these people are trying to say. I know this much, though: I am willing to bet that at least one of the things listed above is untrue, like Mirage Island sensitive Pokemon- oh heck, what in the world does that mean?

Also, you don't need a Wynaut to find the island! I think it's either a matter of the DVs cybermakeup of the Pokemon in your party, or just plain luck! Actually, if you manage to ever make it to Mirage Island, You will find a whole buttload of Wynaut there, that may have been what the guy meant to say about Wynaut and Mirage Island.

Personally, I would just talk to the guy every day and see if you get lucky. My guide said nothing about doing anything more than just trying your luck.
